Match Preview

Finally the new season is upon us and we start todays match in a new league. Our opposition today is Thame United FC, a team which we have not played since the 2005-06 season. Some of you may recall we won that game 8-0 so let’s hope for a repeat of that score line.

We welcome Thame United FC, who are a club Based in Thame, Oxfordshire. They were established in 1883 making them one of Oxfordshire’s
oldest clubs. Their best league performance was 4th in the Isthmian League Division 1 in the 1999-2000 season.

Today they compete with us in the Evostik South Division 1 Central.

Traditionally they play in black and red stripes, but today will be in their away strip of green and white stripes.
