JUNIORS

The junior section of 4Life Triathlon Club has been developed and established over many years, and through having fun, commitment and a set of fabulous coaches the junior team have enjoyed huge success in the East Midlands Series since it was first introduced.

Juniors training is open to children aged 8+ and takes place on a Tuesday & Thursday evening

Tuesday - East Leake Leisure Centre 6.30pm-8.15pm (times vary on age and experience)

Thursday - Keyworth Leisure Centre 6.30pm-8.30pm

In the winter months, the session will focus on swim, run and strength and conditioning. Once the nights get warmer and lighter the cycling discipline and transition is brought back into the sessions.

As well as being a recognised British Triathlon Club, 4Life is also a Go Ride club with British Cycling. Juniors regularly represent the club within circuit races and cycle cross and have competed in the Assen Junior Tour. The club are lucky to have qualified British Cycling coaches within the coaching team.

The 4Life Academy is open for juniors aged 12+ and applications and trials are held once a year.

Junior membership is £25 a year, plus approx. £15 a month training subs.

We also offer family membership at £75 a year - the monthly training subs are paid individually.
