Following two full day's of trials at Harvey Haddon, we are proud to confirm that no less than 11 4Life junior members have been accepted onto the East Midlands training squads.

If successful on the swim and run at Day One, all juniors participate in a swim "bleep" test, strength and conditioning, bike skills a bike time trial and we are proud that so many of our juniors were successful. Good luck to you all in the 2020 season. As a club we are very proud of you all. Just remember to wear some purple and green on the podiums #purpleandgreenteam
