Radford Home

A Radford side flying high in the league were too much for a spirited Ellistown And Ibstock (EAI)team and while 4-0 was unfair on the boys, Radford deserved the points. Radford with an early goal played some neat football but were not creating clear cut chances. EAI were creating chances and with a bit of luck would have been leading at half time. Those who have followed the side this season know luck has not turned up yet and Radford scored the 2nd midway through the 1st half which made our task harder.

HT 0-2

We came out 2nd half and tried hard to break down a solid Radford defence and while we deserved a goal, it would not come. As we tired, Radford scored 2 late goals to make the final score 0-4.

FT 0-4

Summary,

When your down the bottom, it seems everything goes against you. We have a great bunch of lads and are in a false position in the league. One win will kick start our season and lets hope that's next week v Blaby & Whetstone.
