All coaches at the club are qualified through attending coaching courses run by the Cricket Board of Wales.

All coaches also attend a Safeguarding Children workshop and a First Aid course which is repeated every three years along with having an enhanced disclosure to be able to work with children.

All coaches at the club are encouraged to join the ECB Coaches Association so they can reap the benefits of being a member and also be insured personally when coaching juniors or seniors.
