Saturday 22nd May 2pm Rugby Reboot Progresses!

We are able to enjoy some rugby and some less restricted socialising together!
Saturday is a book mark day in our Rugby Reboot, 2 games of Rugby, spectating allowed and even able to have beverages inside!
The weather is supposed to improve and we have been busy planning the day!
Oh how we've missed game day, from excitement of playing or catching up with friends! But we still have to comply with a whole host of things and appreciate your assistance and patience. Hopefully in a few more weeks will see these lifted for good.
We couldn't host our games and socialising with out a lot of thought, planning and help from our volunteers. We still require help on the day (and on going Saturdays & Sundays) if you can help please contact Kerr 07588458358 before hand or see Mark Doggy or Len ?
Club House Day
The club will be open for service at 1pm, please check in with the NHS app QR code. We still need to be seated and use table service ,wearing masks at all other times than when seated. There is no need to book, but if you have a party of 6 you can reserve a table. We ask those with young children to continue to use the picnic/ outdoor areas. Payments remain contactless, pay as you go or by charging your membership card. You'll place and pay for your tables order then receive your drinks once your order is fulfilled.
Tables are set to a maximum of 6 persons maximum and the booth similarly separated, with either a screen or appropriate distancing in place, please do not move these.
Spectating
We are now able to spectate in groups of up to 30 with social distancing in designated areas. During the matches the balcony will be solely for spectating as will pitch side and the picnic areas. Purchased drinks will only be able to be consumed indoors ....how ever you can place an order for Half time or Full time for your table to return too!
With 2 games on we encourage you to make the most use of the space possible and maintain your social distance .
With an increased police monitoring presence in place this weekend we ask you to cooperate with us, enjoy what we can whilst we try to maintain what we have to do.
When the match finishes all areas will become designated areas for seated consumption of purchases.
Players
Players will have completed the pre attendance covid check and be assigned a changing room on arrival. Kit will be handed out by captains and coaches, if you need to change your top during the game retain both shirts till the end. Taping will be self administered but Nathan the Physio will be on hand for advice. Sanitising will be through out the game along with designated water breaks ( bring your own marked drinking bottle). There will be a generous break at half time! After the game remove and place your kit in the blue bin at the back doors, please do not leave clothing or rubbish in the changing room ( use the bin) You can leave your kit bags in room 8 whilst you enjoy some post match time within the club. We do urge you to use the club, your are what makes us a Rugby Club!
Again thank you for your cooperation, patience and help. We've come through together and now we start to build stronger together, step by step!
Hope to see you!
Mark
