38 players enjoyed and experience of the new adapted contact game. It's clear both players and referees will take time to adjust to the new variations.

We also welcomed our social distanced spectators who revelled in the opportunity to see some live rugby at last.

Thank you to the players for an enjoyable spectical, and to those helping the make the evening happen. Len Taylor for preparation and along with the under 15s for their ball sanitising dutys. Kerr Everett, Dave Dawson who looked after our spectators covid compliance and Grandad (Bob Cannel) for building supervision. We eagerly await the photos of the evening from Steve Alstead!

We would like to reinforce the depth of our appreciation to those coaching and coordinating training and as opportunity now permits playing rugby. The volume of communication has increased massively, we appreciate the extra time its taken to make enjoyable, compliant training through out the pandemic from Adult through Age Grade rugby!
