AFC Croydon Athletic visit Erith Stadium tomorrow as they look to produce back to back league wins on the road.

Erith Town currently sit down in 16th place in the league although there is a word of caution about that position as they have played the fewest games in the competition as they will line up for only their 10th league outing. They have had some success in Cup competitions and progressed to the 3rd Round of the FA Vase last week with a win over Kensington Borough in their last outing. They are also unbeaten in their last 3 league outings and won at Canterbury City last time out.

Kevin Rayner was disappointed to have gone out of the FA Vase last weekend in a game that saw the visitors reduced to just 7 men for the last few minutes having received four red cards. Since then he has also said goodbye to Luis Medina who has left to join Beckenham Town. He will be looking to build on the last league game which saw a 2-1 win at Hollands & Blair. Although they have played 2 more games than Erith there are also games in hand on 9 of the 10 teams above them and a good run of victories will see them rise up the table.

There are 7 other league games tomorrow. Leaders Beckenham Town take on strugglers Tunbridge Wells; Fisher in 2nd are at home to Deal Town (7th); Chatham Town (5th) are at home to Sheppey United (6th); Crowborough Athletic (8th) make the journey to play Canterbury City (12th); Bearsted (9th) are at home to Glebe (10th); Lordswood (13th) entertain Croydon who are bottom and still pointless and K Sports (14th) are at home to Hollands & Blair (17th). There is also a game tomorrow where Cray Valley PM in 3rd place take on Corinthian who are 4th.

Rain this evening will give way to brighter spells tomorrow morning ahead of the game. There is a risk of showers in the afternoon as the match gets underway with a brisk southerly breeze.

Erith Town play at the Erith Stadium. It isn't far from Erith Station and is in Avenue Road, just off the A206.
