Progress Made Despite Defeat

Trailing just 2-1 at half time there would have been a more upbeat feel in the dressing room during the interval. Jay Campbell had secured the first goal for the Under 18s and despite having to defend for much of the game the team had come through with a much improved performance.

Leatherhead extended their lead in the second half but it wasn't until the final ten minutes that they run in a couple of goals to make the scoreline a little more comfortable for the home side.
