Home win for the reserves in 2014

On this day in 2014, the reserves travelled to Inham Nook in the search of revenge for an early season home defeat to Inham Celtic.

Gareth Edkins came into the side in goal as the first team didn't have a fixture, making his first appearance for the reserves. Fellow first teamers, Matt Corrigan and Paul Saxton also made appearances from the bench to help out.

Kirk Hallam got their revenge with a 4-2 win against the eventual runners up in the Long Eaton Sunday League Division 3 as Kurt Reynolds took his tally for the season to eleven goals in eleven games following a stunning four goal show.

In their first season together, the reserves made it four wins out of twelve so far as they struggled to find some consistency.
