The current club secretary and treasurer, Dave was largely responsible for the club forming a reserves team in 2014 and was the reserves manager until midway throughout the 2015-2016 season. The success of this first expansion has lead Dave, along with the club committee to set up his under 11's team, as well as support the integration of a new under 16's team and a veterans team.

Although he has managed adult footballers for two and a half seasons, Dave has never managed and coached junior footballers and dealt with all of the associated elements. He has since become the club welfare officer, qualified as an FA level 1 coach and become a first aider for the club. With the abilities of the under 11's, he hopes to aid their continued development by undertaking the FA level 2 coaching course.

This first season in the Young Elizabethan League represents a step into the unknown, but one that the club takes with great enthusiasm, having seen the under 11's bring home their first silverware of the summer in winning the Sherwood Colliery Tournament.
