This weekend, we visit Fairfield for our first away fixture of the 2018/19 season. With the sad demise of Fairfield ultimately resulting in them having to step away from Gwent County football, means that Tranch 2nd team will face an incredibly tough challenge on Saturday facing a Fairfield team who will be looking to challenge on all fronts this season. That being said, we have a very strong squad and well look to build on last week’s great start to the league campaign beating Crickhowell 7-0.

Manager Shaun Peploe will have a full squad to choose from and will no doubt pick a team capable of producing a result at what is always a tough place to take points from.

The brand of football, Shaun has the team playing is exciting and hopefully will be able to build on the success in 2017/18.
