We expect every player to buy tickets and get as many friends and family along too (the night is for you guys after all). We are setting ambitious goal of 100 attendees so need everyone to back the committee.

We are looking for donations /sponsorship for the 8 races. This can be cash, goods or services with a value of £25 or more. In return the donator will get promotion on the night via various channels. If anyone has any connections they can use to secure any please do so.

In addition to the above we have to sell the horses for the first 7 races. Horses cost £5 each and will be sold on first come first served basis.

Finally we will likely sell a tricast race (with £150 cash prize) and hold a raffle on the night.

First things first we need tickets and horses sold plus race sponsors.
