Aldridge welcome Market Drayton to the Memorial Ground this weekend.

Again we have been forced to make a few changes, which has been the norm this season, due to injury and unavailability, but after two excellent training sessions there is a very positive mood in the camp. That might be the offer of #PIESFORTRIES cooked by Head Coach Jon Arch, or maybe just the realisation that we actually have a lot of strength in depth within the club.

Luke Russell returns to the front row, and in the pack we welcome back Ben Drinkwater, who helped himself to a fine try against Market Drayton earlier in the season, and Daniel McKenna. Ben Eden starts in the centres, with Ben Pittam replacing the Vice Captain Adam Reed at 10, who is at Twickers... With a strong bench names no doubt they will be used to the maximum effect.

Head Coach Jon Arch:
"We have parked last week as simply a bad day against a very good team, and are focusing on the game ahead of us this weekend. Market Drayton have had a tough season but the game away against them earlier in the year was a very competitive match so we expect a good game, especially in the forwards. The two training sessions this week have been excellent, and selection this week was one of the most challenging we have had all season. It is great to have Josh Reynolds for an extra couple of weeks, before he goes under the knife thanks to his op being cancelled.

The fact we are putting out 2 sides again this week is simply amazing, it only happened twice last year, this is the 15th weekend we have done so this season. The 2's have a very good side out, a mixture of old boys, young guns and a hopefully a couple of players looking to push to get back into the 1's.

With players such as Alex Reed, Adam Reed, Lewis Underwood, Jacob Holding, Trevor Lowe, Alex Yates soon coming back into the reckoning, and Iconic Big Ed O-Neil on his comeback with the 2's this week, we really hope that the final few games of the season, will set the standard we are looking to achieve next season."

Kick Off is 3.00pm at the Memorial Ground. The 2nd Team kick off against Spartans Stags at 1.45pm and the England game is being shown in the bar after.
