Finally, as a committee we decided to forgo possible funds to put an important message on the right sleeve. The Academy puts the welfare and safety of the kids first and the 'If in doubt, sit them out' message is one we feel should be visible, and as a reminder of our responsibility to the kids around concussion and other potential injuries.
