The wait is finally over as Women's Rugby arrives at Earslfield tonight!

Women’s Rugby Starts tonight!!

We have had a tremendous response to our previous announcement concerning our new venture into bringing Women’s rugby to Alloa RFC, with our first ever training season being held down at Earlsfield tonight (Wednesday 5th Feb) at 6.30pm.

We thought that it would be a good idea to speak to our new head coach, Megan Thomson, about what she feels makes Rugby so special. Here's what she had to say:

"Rugby is a highly sociable sport that is inclusive of everyone’s age and/or abilities. Whether you're an experienced campaigner or just looking to get fit and have fun, rugby really does have something for everyone. It teaches you life skills such as teamwork, persistence and respect, as well as build friendships that will last a life time. So for those of you who have played rugby, never played or just wanting to try something new in 2020. Come along and give it a try."

Spread the word, share the news and be part of something special this year and join us as we bring women’s rugby to Alloa and Clackmannanshire for the very 1st time.

Feel free to message our facebook page for any further information!!
