After scoring a second-half hat-trick from the bench in a trial match, Ryan Boothe made an immediate impact with the Nomads and has been in the side ever since, recently scoring a brace versus Sleaford Town in a top versus bottom league clash.

Born in Birmingham, Boothe has been playing football since the age of five. Now residing in Walsall, Boothe has played for several non-league sides including local team, step three Rushall Olympic, who the Nomads earned a memorable 2-2 draw with during pre-season. Prior to his time with the Pics, Ryan came through at Sutton Coldfield Town.

Ryan started the 2020/21 season with Lye Town of the Midlands Football League Premier Division, before switching to the Nomads late in September 2020.
