It was very wet for the entire evening so play was inhibited because of this with quite a few call ups related to footwork and a few dropped balls too.

Attack was strong with Kirsty, Nichole and Harri working well together. Tadley’s keeper made hard work of shooting as was able to catch any rebounds due to her height.

By the third quarter we had become used the conditions and were steaming ahead, creating more of a lead against Tadley who were at a deficit of six players.

Our defence was strong with many interceptions. We need to work on coming forward more from attack to take advantage of these further in order to move the ball up the court.

We ended with a comfortable lead of 30-25 which should see us rise above them in the tables in to third place.
