Team Behaviours 2012

Apollo Football Club - Team Behaviours

A key part of being an Apollo Football club player is that you will be recognised for the effort you put into training and match days. We want to catch you doing great things and enjoy playing football. Sometimes our behaviours have not been good and we all agreed they need to change.

We have all produced a list of the behaviours we DO NOT want at training or match days as they stop us from enjoying football. We all agreed that if we see any of these behaviours there will be consequences.

Every player will get one warning before any action is taken. These actions include:-

• Sitting out of training sessions.
• A discussion with your parents to discuss your behaviour
• Additional fitness routines.
• less time on the pitch during match days.

Unacceptable Behaviours:-

• Spraying water, throwing mud, stones, grass.
• During team talks - talking when you should be listening.
• Moaning at team mates.
• Moaning or crying if you are put in a position you do not want to play in.
• Arguing with team mates at halftime.
• Arguing with referee at any time.
• Sulking - at any time.
• Calling people mean names.
• Not putting effort into training.
• Digging holes with your football boots.
• Being rude or cheeky to any parent or coach.

This was put together and signed for by all the players and coaches together.
