Under Covid19 guidance the Club are required to play only internal matches and took the opportunity to play for the Steven Easson Trophy on Saturday.

The Captains Select were given a solid foundation by Marc Petrie (58, 1 six, 8 fours) and Darryl Sinclair reaching 64 before Sinclair was dismissed by Megan McColl in the 14th over. Craig Ramsay claimed the wickets of Petrie and Calvin Burnett as the total reached 109 for 4 after 22 overs. Daniel Salmond and Lee Paterson (28, 5 fours) then added 40 before they were both dismissed by Shaun Christie. Wickets fell steadily thereafter and were dismissed for 170. The Presidents Select made a disappointing start losing three wickets in the opening six overs and although Craig Cameron hit 29 and Greig Peal (34, 2 sixes, 1 four) they were always behind the required run rate and were dismissed for 125 after 39 overs.
