Training Times for season 2017-18

Seniors:
Offseason - weights and cardio @ clubhouse on Tuesday & Thursday evenings from 630-9pm

Pre-season - commences Tuesday 16th July @ 7pm then every Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 7pm - 8.30pm

Seniors Training nights throughout the season will continue on Tuesday and Thursday
evenings from 7pm - 8.30pm

Youth: (U14, U16 & U18)
Preseason - Commences Wednesday 7th August at 7pm

During season - Wednesday 7-830pm

Mini: (P1 - Y8)
Sunday from 2-330pm commencing first Sunday in September
