This off season sees Ards Rugby place an emphasis on player development and as such Head Coaches John West & Scott Young along with Ards Rugby's S&C guru Paddy McGattan will be hosting Tuesday night 'Skills Nights' from Tuesday 7th May at 7pm over the off season.

Boys & Girls aged 11 - 17yrs are most welcome, no previous rugby experience is necessary.

ALL current youth & senior rugby players are encouraged to attend.

New players are always welcome
