Nate Fleming the club's Community Rugby Officer has set up a fitness page for the club whilst the Covid-19 lock-down is ongoing. He is streaming regular circuits and skills sessions live through Facebook. Please follow the link to join the page and look for upcoming events.

The sessions are open to all ages and not just Ards RFC members but anyone interested in getting fit.

Nate will also be hosting skills and fitness sessions for the Minis and Youth sections.
