The rain didn't deter Ards Rugby Captain Paul Cox & Vice Captain Danny Patton and their squad mates in the commencement of their off season training.

Ards Rugby's Strength & Conditioning guru Paddy McGrattan put the players through their paces on the pitch and the 'Powercan'.

It was also great to see some new faces having their first sessions at the club and joining in the banter.
