U18s player selected for Ulster U17s

Over the past two seasons Ards Youth Rugby player has been attending the age grade Ulster Rugby Regional Development Squads.

As a result Callum has been selected for the Ulster U17 club squad to play Munster and Leinster at Johnston House, Dublin on Saturday.

Callum started playing rugby in P7 at St Mary's Primary School, Kircubbin through the outreach work of Ards Rugby's Roy Lawton and also joined the Ards Mini Rugby P7 squad.

He then progressed to senior school in Downpatrick and into the Ards Youth Rugby section where he has played Centre and captained the U14 & U16 teams.

These RDS sessions have been a huge commitment upon not only Callum but his parents Brendan & Angela.
