Youth Pre-season

Ards Rugby's Youth section have commenced their pre-season training at Hamilton Park.

Training is every WEDNESDAY @ 7pm.

ALL of past players are encouraged to attend and NEW players are always welcome (no experience necessary).

Ards Youth Rugby have an U18, U16 & U14 boys section and a girls development section for 13 - 17yr olds.

Be part of it......have fun, get fit & play rugby!!
