ADOBRFC support inclusivity in rugby and the community as a whole.

As a club we support inclusivity in every way we can and the Management Committee work hard to make our rugby accessible to everyone regardless of their age, gender, sexual orientation, ethnicity or disability. This is by no means an exhaustive list and we certainly haven't got it right in every domain and it's something that we will continue to work on.

As a Club we offer Men's & Women's rugby (suitable for all fitness levels and abilities), Junior & Mini rugby to keep the little ones active and there is even a walking rugby session for those who might want to get involved in something less strenuous (age isn't important to get involved).

If you have any ideas for how we can make our Club more inclusive, please do reach out to any committee member, we would love to hear from you.

As part of LGBT+ history month the RFU have shared some stories from the community and professional game which I found a very interesting read and I would encourage you to take the time to have a look.

Do you have a good news story with how rugby has made you feel included at ADOB? We’d love to hear and share your experience if you are happy to. We can of course make this completely anonymous.
