Sunday was mainly a washout for U7/8s, U9s U10s, U11s at Broughton Park and U13s Lancs Cup game at LSH with only the U16s Lancs Cup game at Tyldesley played losing 37-7 with a try from Tom Ainsworth and conversion from Cameron Garner Jones .
A wet and windy weekend with heavy rain on saturday night saw many junior games off on sunday. I missed the first team game which sounded very close but Ashtons young squad held out for the win at North.
