Hurst Cross
Hurst Cross has been the home of Ashton United since 1879, and as such is one of the oldest continuously used football grounds in the world. The main supporters' entrances are via the turnstiles on Surrey Street (assuming no crowd segregation). The ground has two covered stands and is fully terraced on all four sides. It currently holds the FA 'C' Grading.

Admission Charges (2018-19) - Vanarama National League North and all cup matches;
Admission is £12 (Adults) and £8 (Concessions). Under 5’s are FREE with a full paying adult. If you wish to gain entry at any concessionary rate please be prepared to supply the appropriate proof of ID.

Disabled access is limited. Please contact the club to discuss arrangements;

Full-colour programme = £2 – available in the ground (Voted 3rd best in NPLP, 2014).
Old programmes are amongst the items available in the Supporters’ Club shop at the ground – open before the game and at half-time on every first team home matchday.

Nearest Motorway Junction; M60, Junction 23 (approx. 2.6 miles from ground).

Rail Access
Ashton-under-Lyne (AHN) Station; Manchester (Victoria) - Huddersfield service
(approx. 1.3 miles from ground)

Bus Access
Ashton-under-Lyne Bus Station (opposite train station) – various services for Hurst Cross (approx. 1.3 miles from ground).

Tram service via Manchester from Bury, Altrincham, Salford and all other Metrolink stations; terminates next to Bus Station (approx. 1.3 miles from ground).

Stadium Facilities - Food & Drink
A variety of hot and cold food & drink is available from the refreshments kiosk before the game and at half-time. The social club serves a wide variety of alcoholic beverages including real ale and soft drinks and is open to all visitors before, during and after games.

It is also open on non-matchdays and hosts a variety of different events. We have several TV's around the main bar area where we screen SKY and BT Sport matches from the Premier League, Champions League and more. Please contact the club for further details tel.0161 330 1511

Standing Capacity = 4250 (250 seated).

Covered Accommodation - 750 (standing cover available in the Popular Stand, seated cover in the Sid Sykes Stand).

Segregation is very rarely enforced at this level. If segregation does become necessary away fans will usually be housed in the Lees Road End of the ground and enter via this turnstile. This is an uncovered terrace. Should segregation be advised visitors should first check the details with their own club and then contact Ashton United for any further information.

The club shop is also open on matchdays and sells a wide range of league and non-league programmes, replica shirts, scarves, pin badges and other club merchandise.
