Ash United got off to a winning start beating Kensington Borough 4-2 at Shawfield Stadium. But it wasn't all plain sailing. Indeed this match had almost everything - 3 penalties for the home side, but only 1 converted; the Kensington Borough goalie sent off in the last 20 minutes on getting his second yellow of the game; a dislocated knee for Neil Hardy in the 12th minute and a long wait in A & E, having been carried off the pitch; and Tom Bale (pictured) along with Ethan Dixon, and new boy Kieran Williams bagging goals, alongside the penalty put away by Jack Fitzgerald.
