The 2016/17 is almost upon us. Following a punishing pre season training period where coach Len and captain AJ put the players through their paces the first game of the season is nearly upon us with a friendly against a Blackheath XV this Saturday 3rd September at Well Hall, 1pm KO.

The game will give a chance to see some of the new faces who have been training this summer in action for the first time. There will also be run outs for some familiar faces who are returning from long term injury and self exile!

The 2016/17 season will see home games being played at Well Hall and the Rectory Field. When Blackheath First XV are at home (Well Hall) this season then we will play at the Rectory Field on Charlton Road. Some of the older members of the squad will have fond memories of playing at this historic venue.
