Thank you to those volunteering to attend a first aid course at Bower Park. This course is now full and I have a waiting / standby list so if you find you are unable to attend, please let me know as soon as possible in order to ensure we fill any vacant places.

It is important that we have qualified first aiders at all the events we hold AND you will be able to feel confident in dealing with those unfortunate mishaps that happen from time to time!

The other good news is that this course is FREE as it is funded by Cumbria RFU Development Fund - Thank you Liam and the team :-)

The course will take place as follows:

LOCATION: Solway Room, Aspatria Rugby Union Football Club, Bower Park, Station Road, Aspatria, CA7 2AJ
DATES: Monday 23rd AND Monday 30th September 2019
TIMES: 1800 - 2130hrs each evening

You will have to commit to attend on BOTH evenings and on successful completion you will be awarded the Emergency First Aid In Rugby Union (EFARU) qualification which is recognised by the National Regulation Qualifications Framework as equivalent to Level 3 - Emergency First Aid At Work. The qualification is valid for 3 years.
