Tough away assignment in propsect

Aspatria Hornets play Seaton 2s in their first game of rugby since 7th August where they were comprehensively beaten by Cockermouth in atrocious conditions at Highfield.

The Hornets will be on high alert as Seaton beat Maryport 20-0 last week in a morale boosting win for the Rangers and this will serve as a warning to Aspatria to guard against any complacency.

Aspatria will be without rugged second-rower, Richard Stamper as he serves the first game in a two match ban and impressive close-season back-row signing, Joe Gilroy, is also unavailable as he is joining the Royal Navy.

Kick-off is at 2.30pm at Seaton.
