Another band of wet weather that's hit the region in the last few days has put an end to any hopes of Aveley playing this weekend, as the Oakside club declared their pitch as unplayable earlier this afternoon.
This most recent postponement will come to the annoyance of manager Justin Gardner as he tries so desperately to build some consistency with his side having only played three competitive games since Christmas.
The date for the rearranged game against Barkingside has already been planned, with the two sides now due to play on Monday 24th March.
Aveley's next scheduled league encounter is away to Maldon & Tiptree on Tuesday 11th February, 7.45pm kick off.
