This season as expected has been tough and for Aveley FC to finish the season in the playoff places was a phenomenal achievement by everyone associated with the club.

I’d like to personally thank Craig, Graham and the board for their support this season.

As we all know I can’t do my job on my own, so I need to extend my thanks also to my fantastic backroom staff Scott, Craig, Dan and John.

Our scouting department which includes Raffs and Bill, our kit man Nigel and the excellent medical team Evan, Steve & Sasha.

Additionally I would like to thank Rhys & Lionel for their assistance at the beginning of the season also.

Our playing squad have worked hard all season and it’s due to their diligence and ability, along with the work from my staff that I and the club get recognised for awards like this.

My thanks also goes out to the supporters who have backed us all year, especially on some of those long away days. Your songs and praise doesn’t go unnoticed and I appreciate every one of you.

Finally my thanks needs to directed a little closer to home. Without the support of my family I wouldn’t be able to commit to the job I do as a football manger so as always I thank them immensely for the support they give me.
