Kyle Asante picked up the award for December with his second goal against Wroxham which you can you see by clicking here.
Anton Stephenson played a huge helping hand in that goal with a superb cross into the box on the turn which was brilliantly taken down by Asante who lashed home, starting a remarkable comeback for the Millers from 1-3 down to win 4-3 in Norfolk.
Stephenson himself then picked up the award for January, although he was the only contender as Aveley's fixtures were ravaged by the weather.
Although it was the only goal scored in the Millers only competitive game of the month against Grays Athletic, take nothing away from the goal itself which Stephenson started and finished himself and can be seen by clicking here.
Starting with a raking cross-field pass from right to left to Nathan Koranteng, Stephenson then got himself into the box to bundle home Koranteng's ball into the area to give Aveley the lead before eventually falling to a 2-1 defeat.
