John Coventry is an Essex non-league legend and has been in and around the game for many years and brings with him an amazing amount of experience. He was made East Thurrock United manager in 2007 and guided them to the National South and took charge of over 500 games before deciding it was time to move on and departed at the 'end' of the 2019/20 season.
