Lamar joined the Millers on two occasions, the first under Justin Gardner who then left during the season, Terry Spillane then came in and made Lamz First Team Captain with Lamar making just under 50 appearances in his first spell with the club.

In his second spell with the club last season he joined after David Hughes was unavailable and Lamz kept his spot until the end of the season, after superb consistent performances between the sticks. From seven games this season, he got three clean sheets and even got an assist against AFC Sudbury in the second to last home game of the campaign.
