.... From our 2-1's defeat away to Soham is make-shift right back Mathias Bakare.
Since he moved to right back he has transformed as a player and now looks like the main right back and it would be very difficult for the management team to move him from that position.
On Saturday he was comfortable on the ball, and drove the ball well down the right hand side in the second half, and really did dictate the game alongside Ahmed Deen on the other side who did as well.
But Bakare was superb with his well timed interceptions and did stop Soham on a few occasions getting in behind.
James Marrable and Billy Holland both played very well, but Matty did better and takes the man of the match for this game.
Anton Stephenson (Assistant manager), when asked who was his man of the match said a simple reply in "Matty".
Tim Gardner (Sons Of Aveley), "#Bakare Quality full back"
Justin Gardner (Gaffa), "Matty Bakare was superb, my man of the match".
