With just two games to go, the season has everything still to play for, Aveley sit just two points off of the play-off places after Farnborough’s victory over Chippenham Town on Thursday evening.

In Weston’s last 6 home games, the Seagulls have picked up 9 points after victories over Dover Athletic, Taunton Town and Chippenham Town.

Whereas from our last six away games, we have picked up 8 points, with two draws against Torquay United and Truro City, and two wins over Dartford and Hemel Hempstead Town.

In the previous meeting between both sides at Parkside, Aveley came out victorious two-nil, after goals from Sydney Ibie and Eduino Vaz helped secure the three points for the hosts.

To take our play-off chances to the final day of the season where we welcome 6th placed Bath. The Millers will need some help from elsewhere, when Torquay United travel to Bath City, Farnborough host Taunton Town and St Albans City welcome fourth placed Worthing.

It’s a long trek after a long season, but the faithful Millers will be backed by packed and (fancy) dressed up supporters coach.
