Millers Manager Rod Strigner had today accepted the vacant 1st team Managers position at Conference South Braintree Town FC.
Rod, who joined the Millers in November 2007, sucessfully led his team to mid table security in his first season, prior to winning the Ryman Divsion One North title in 2008/09.
In the clubs inagural 1st season at Step 3, Rod's team achieved a outstanding 3rd position in the Ryman Premier Division.
Rod & his Management team leave Mill Field with the best wishes of all at Aveley FC.
