AFC Sudbury Champions, Barkingside relegated, the race for second, and last play off place up for grabs.

Barkingside 0-1 Redbridge
The already relegated club defeat Barkingside to send them down. Unfortunately after yesterday's result against Redbridge means that Barkingside are now going back down to the Essex Senior league after their two season stay in the Ryman North. Although it was all Barkingside, the motormen stood strong and battled for the three points and a clean sheet.

Brightlingsea Regent 0-0 Aveley
Regent look like their play off hopes are now over after wins for Hornchurch and Cheshunt, now being five points off with two left its a little too much for the Seasiders to do. The Millers however continue their fine run in 2016, now one loss in eight, three clean sheets on the trot, and now above local rivals Tilbury, all in all, a good end to the season for Aveley.

Cray Wanderers 0-1 Romford
A fabulous result for the Essex side at high flyers Cray. After a gritty 1-0 away at Thurrock you'd think the Wands would be flying, however Boro sent them straight back to earth and have guaranteed themselves safety and a fantastic points total so far this season for Magic's men.

Dereham P-P Great Wakering Rovers
A washout in Norfolk, hopefully it'll improve for when Aveley go there next weekend.

Haringey Borough 0-3 AFC Hornchurch
The Urchins with a convincing win now go three points clear of Cheshunt with three games left to play each. It seemed to have been a "Here we are" from the Urchins as they'll look to all but confirm their play off place at Witham Town on Monday Night. For Haringey they should be delighted with their Ryman North campaign after promotion to it this season.

Maldon Tiptree 4-3 Thamesmead Town
A classic between two play off chasing sides, might be a little too much to do for the Jammers, but they have performed well this season. Thamesmead now five points off with two games left, play offs are all but over for them this season after the defeat in the last minute against Maldon & Tiptree.

Phoenix Sports 2-2 Harlow Town
A good old fashioned game of football which ended in a good point for Sports. For Harlow they need to keep it up and match Thurrock's result to claim second spot to have the playoffs at home. Due to this slip up they are now third on goal difference, but just by two goals, so it's anyone's spot now. For Phoenix they've had a tremendous season in the Ryman North and will continue that until the end of the season.

Thurrock 2-1 Bury Town
Two late goals in the first half won the match for Fleet to send them second in the Ryman North, much like Harlow Town they need to keep the pace up with two games remaining to clinch the play off home legs. For Bury Town, they started superbly, but since their first defeat they've just slowly but surely slipped away, and are now in 13th place.

Tilbury 0-1 AFC Sudbury
Congratulations to Sudbury after clinching the Ryman North Championship after their 1-0 victory away at Tilbury yesterday afternoon. For Tilbury they now slip below local rivals Aveley who have a game in hand to put themselves four clear with two to play.

Waltham Abbey 0-3 Heybridge Swifts
A proper 6 pointer here, but after news of Farnborough who if relegated (will be relegated two divisions) which means a reprieve is up for grabs. But to not finish in the bottom three, the Swifts put in a strong performance to put themselves three points clear of the drop. Which leaves the Abbey in the bottom three, one point off of Wroxham with two games left.

Witham Town 3-2 Soham Town Rangers
A good win for Witham which now puts them four points clear of third bottom Waltham Abbey with three games left. For Soham Town Rangers they slip to 17th on 47 points.

Wroxham 0-3 Chehsunt
The Ambers revived their play off chase with a convincing with over the Yachtsmen. Cheshunt now are three points off of Hornchurch, but both Cheshunt and the Urchins have three matches remaining, Monday night could perhaps either keep their chase alive, or end it. For Wroxham they are one point above Waltham Abbey, with two matches remaining
