Bill joined Basildon United in 2017 and was apart of their backroom staff that finished second in the Essex Senior League, which took them into the Isthmian North for the first time in 28 years. He then later joined Tilbury in 2018 for three years where he helped build them from relegation and the following season push for promotion before Covid-19 hit the UK. In 2021 he joined East Thurrock for a brief spell before deciding to step down.Squad
