EBBSFLEET came from behind to secure a share of the spoils with another solid performance from Aveley.
In an even first half the Millers took the lead after 28 minutes when a cross from the right was headed home by Mark Gobel.
But after the break Ebbsfleet started the brighter and Scott Ginty levelled the scores on 52 minutes after a breakaway.
With the usual changes affecting both teams there was little action but former Grays keeper Preston EdwardsH was forced to tipping over Billy Holland’s header over the bar from David Knight’s pin point cross.
Aveley are next in action on Saturday when they host Heybridge Swifts at Mill Field.
