Although Borough looked in complete control throughout the match, the Miller's really should’ve been 1-0 up inside the first minute. Alex Teniola did well to defeat his man to come onto his right foot, but he just couldn’t generate the power behind the effort to find the back of the net.

Borough looked dangerous in the first half and seemed to acclimatise to the conditions the quickest. Adam Scotcher broke free of the offside trap to bare down on goal, he tried to chip Bobby Mason off his line, but it landed just wide of the right hand post. That chance was just a warning of what was to come, with Haringey’s next attack they scored.

It did look as if Adam Scotcher was offside, well in fact he was by about three yards, but he still had a lot to do, Bobby Mason looked to go down quite earlier as Scotcher rounded him and then under no pressure whatsoever he passed it into the back of the empty net. (0-1)

Haringey kept up the heat. Macdonald crossed into the penalty area but it was headed behind by Joshua Willer unmarked from close range. Another chance was just round the corner, but Bobby Mason did well as he saved superbly as he tipped Adam Scotcher’s effort away from the goal.

A second was coming for the “Hosts” and on 25 minutes they got what they deserved. Adam Scotcher hugged the right hand touchline without anyone going near him, he received the ball played it simply across to his strike partner (Macdonald) who tapped home into the net. (0-2).

Bobby Mason saved well again denied Scotcher and then only a matter of moments later denied Dean Fenton to keep the scoreline slightly respectable for the Miller's going into half time, although I’m not sure we deserved respectable after the first half.

The Miller were better in the second half, but it couldn’t really get any worse from the performance in the first half.

Alex Teniola tested ex-Miller Ashley Harris, but a strong fisted save denied Teniola a goal in back to back matches.

On the 66th minute Haringey added a third and completely ended the match as a contest. Joshua Willer took aim from 35 yards (Jamie Vardy eat your heart out) as he brilliantly looped a shot over Bobby Mason into the back of the net. (0-3).

Haringey keeper Ashley Harris was at it again to deny the Miller's. First he saved from an Arian Retkoceri free-kick, and on the follow up it looked like Abs Seymour was about to bundle the ball across the line, but Harris snatched at the ball and clutched it to his chest.
Miller's then had a penalty awarded after an infringement from Wilson. Liam Nash stepped up, sent Harris the wrong way but his shot smashed the post and bounced away from all danger.

The Millers did finally get on the scoresheet as Liam Nash did brilliantly as he battled and won the ball back, he dribbled past three and smashed past Harris. (1-3)
