It was the visitors who had the first glimmer of a chance, Joe Francis whipped the ball into the box but Bobby Mason was on hand to collect the ball before Mills could tap home.

About 20 minutes into the match and neither goalkeeper had to really make any kind of save.

Maldon & Tiptree centre half Billy Roast had his deflected shot cleared off the line. The Millers went straight up the other end and probably should've scored. Alex Teniola has his shot saved well by the Jammers keeper.

The Millers grew into the half, created a few half chances but just failed to take any of those chance to take the lead going into the break.

The first half was a drab affair, but it got even worse for the second half, the wind controlled the match.

Liam Nash was the first to have a chance but he had lashed it over the bar.

The Jammers started to dictate the second half with the wind in their favour but just couldn't open the scoring as this match looked destined to finish 0-0.

Mills had another chance for Maldon & Tiptree but his header was straight at Bobby Mason. The Jammers should've scored again but it got trapped under Francis foot and it was somehow scrambled away.

With five minutes to go a free kick in a dangerous position, it flew past the wall but hit the crossbar and bounced away, and it finished 0-0.
