

After an uneventful opening half an hour Garry Skerritt broke forward into the Waltham Forest penalty area. His shot from 15 yards was parried by Forest keeper Jason Hardy only for Wayne Vaughan to tuck away the loose ball.
Five minutes later Forest had their best chance when a shot hit the right-hand post.
In the 43rd minute a Ryan Doyle header from a corner went the wrong side of the left-hand post.
Ben Bradbury then had a chance on the stroke of half-time. A header from a long cross went straight at keeper Hardy.
Eight minutes into the second half Christian Wheeler had a shooting chance but his effort from just outside the penalty area cleared the bar.
Millers second goal arrived in the 85th minute. A long ball out to the left was taken down by Bradley Barnes who fed Vaughan wh odelivered a perfect cross for Bradbury to head home from eight yards out.
Matt Johnson then had a chance to seal a three nil win when he broke free of the defence in the final minutes. However, his shot from the edge of the area went just wide of the right-hand post.
Ex-Forest and Arlesey player Obi Nene made an impressive debut, coming on in the 63rd minute. During his spell with Forest, Obi scored nine goals in fifteen games before moving to Arlesey in January 2008.
