Prior to Brighlingsea Regent, Connor featured for Brentwood Town leading them to the Isthmian Premier League after winning the Isthmian North play-offs.
In his time at Parkside, Connor has been the captain and led us to the Isthmian Premier League title in the 2022/23 season. In total Withers has made 149 apperances, scoring 3 goals against Romford, Cheshunrt and Heybridge Swifts.
