Jayden started out in the youth ranks of Braintree Town before a few loan moves to Coggeshall Town as a youngster during the 2019/20 and 2020/21 seasons. After leaving Braintree Jayden joined Coggeshall Town permanently and made 38 appearances during the 2021/22 season, with two of those appearances coming against The Millers.
A move to Enfield in the 2023/24 season was followed by a move to Maldon & Tiptree, where Gipson went on to make 27 appearances following the move to Park Drive from September 2023, which included a winner away at Ipswich Wanderers.
Ahead of the 2024/25 season Jayden moved to Isthmian North newcomers Cambridge City and became a key part of the side making the most appearances during the season for The Lilywhites with 44 of them, including 8 goals from centre half.
