Kai Brown started his career at Grays Athletic before being picked up Championship side Ipswich Town at the age of 17. He signed a 2.5 year deal with the Football League side, and played for the Tractor Boys U23 side. The winger had a loan move to National League side Dagenham & Redbridge before signing permanently with Welling United in 2021. At the start of last season Kai joined Hastings United and scored against Aveley with a well taken effort from outside the box on the opening day of the Isthmian Premier League season. Brown went on to play for both Whitehawk and Burgess Hill Town in the Isthmian South East for the remainder of the 2022/23 campaign. At the start of the season Kai joined Isthmian North side Basildon United and has been in incredible form scoring 13 goals in 13 games, including a hat-trick against Welwyn Garden City in the Isuzu FA Trophy.
